To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
A return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
We do not accept returns for:
Digital products or downloads
Earphones/headphones once opened (for hygiene reasons)
Items marked as final sale
Customised or personalised items
Products damaged due to misuse or neglect
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
A partial refund may be granted if:
The item shows signs of use
Parts or accessories are missing
Packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary for opening
We offer exchanges for items that are:
Defective
Damaged during delivery
Incorrect items sent by mistake
Requests for an exchange must be made within 14 days of delivery.
If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund or offer store credit.
If your product is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
Provide photos or videos of the issue to help us process your claim quickly.
We will arrange either:
A replacement
An exchange
Or a refund, depending on stock availability
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The item arrived damaged
The wrong item was sent
The product is defective
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by law.
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
